Palace J has been engaged by the World Police & Fire Games 2027 to produce and manage the on-ground delivery of the Athletes Village, creating a vibrant central hub for thousands of competitors throughout the Games from 13–21 March 2027.

Working closely with the Organising Committee and key stakeholders, Palace J will oversee the site and event management of the temporary precinct, coordinating the delivery of infrastructure, operations, and day-to-day venue management to ensure a seamless experience for the athletes.

In addition to the operational delivery, Palace J is curating the entertainment program and styling of the Athletes Village, transforming the pop-up space into a dynamic destination that celebrates the spirit of the Games. Through live entertainment, thoughtful placemaking, and engaging communal spaces, the village will provide a welcoming environment where competitors from around the world can connect, unwind, and celebrate outside of competition.

As one of the key gathering places throughout the Games, the Athletes Village will showcase Palace J’s expertise in delivering large-scale temporary event infrastructure and creating memorable event environments that combine operational excellence with exceptional guest experiences.
